Some Problems in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Intra-Cranial Tumours

" Scire est nescire, nisi id me Scire alius sciret AUTUMN, 1938. Three main questions have to be answered in any suspected case of intra-cranial tumour. In some cases the answers are obvious, while in others even the most elaborate means of investigation may fail to provide a full answer. Yet the neuro-surgeon's aim should be to provide full answers where possible, as only then is he in a position to decide the best line of treatment.
